Terms and conditions
The rent is £350 - £1000 per week, depending on time of
year, number of guests, etc. Short stays may be available (minimum 2
nights)
A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Bed linen is available if requested in advance at £10 per person.
A donation towards the energy costs would be appreciated.
On departure, please leave the property in the same tidy condition as you found it. If you are unable to do this, we will require a payment of £20 towards the cost of cleaning.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 4 weeks in advance: loss of deposit
Less than 4 weeks in advance: if new tenant is found, loss of deposit only; otherwise the whole rental fee is due.
